Hiya, I’m on the Radio!

I had an impromptu radio interview at KillerCon.  It’s on Date Night in Vegas KLAV 1230 AM.  I was just getting over a migraine and had 30 seconds to prepare for the interview. Scary?  SCARY.  But I did it, and it was a lot of fun.  If you’d like to hear it, you can find it here.  The volume is very low.  Sorry about that.  But here I am! 😀

  1. How is it that you sound so young and bright and chirpy and endearing? There’s something about this that doesn’t compute for me. Hmm…. 😉

Of course, congrats on the win, and on your little slice of fame. May it be the merest foretaste of what is to come.

And Jami? That’s a complete coincidence. I think. Well, probably, anyway. O.o

  2. Thanks, Barry and Jamal! I literally did that interview with one eye screwed shut in migraine pain. All I hear is how hurt I sound.

Ken: It’s blocked to THE EXTREME ADULT CONTENT. Or not.

Anthony: Bewildered! That makes me laugh. Did you hear his awful “sleeps with goats” joke? UGH!

Jami, it’s obviously meant to be!

    Cate: What accent? 😉

Simon: This is why people call my house and ask if my mother is home. Drives me bonkers.

Thank you for listening, everybody! It was scary, and I’m trying to enjoy the opportunity even if it’s out of my comfort zone. I actually have another interview scheduled for later, and I hope to do much better. 🙂

  3. Wow, Sadie. Were those two from the Waltons or something? Jeez! And what was with the “do Mormons accept you” bit? They seemed to hang on to that line of questioning for far too long, didn’t they? Y’all are a bunch of cultists, ain’t ya?!

Anywho, great job with the interview. You kept it together and were most definitely the most sane person with a mic in front of their face!

    Later, LadySadie!

  4. Hee hee, people call your house and ask if your mother is home? You do sound young–way too young to be writing sexy, violent stuff, but you’re uh, darn good at it. Well done on the interview, and thanks for sharing it. 🙂

  5. Ha, Robby D, you make me laugh! It was strange, that’s for sure.

Lee, you’re such a sweetheart. I owe you an email.

Alison: Believe me, I can be scary and commanding! Right, guys? Uh, guys?
